Oregon Provides an Additional Market for Hemp Crop Exceeding Federal THC Limit

A new state regulation in Oregon provides an additional market for hemp crops exceeding the federal limit of THC. OLCC (Oregon Liquor Control Commission) has raised the allowable amount of THC within a container of hemp concentrate from 10 milligrams per container to 50 milligrams per container.

Allowing 5% THC in a single gram of hemp concentrate within Oregon alleviates some of the stress facing farmers whose crop may exceed the federal limit of THC by offering an alternative, profitable solution to destruction of a harvest.
